The 320 m² stand which includes tyres, technologies, interactive displays and entertaining games is divided into two main areas: the Current zone and the Future zone.
“The aim of the stand is to present our latest developments in key strategic areas where Bridgestone provides added value, notably Run-Flat Technology tyres, environmental performance, Ultra High Performance and winter tyres ” says Jake Rønsholt, General Manager Corporate and Brand Communications, Bridgestone Europe.
Current zone: premium tyres with added value
An area dedicated to the new Bridgestone web-based promotional campaign “Everywhere”, which already reached over 1,000,000 visits since its launch in June, is included in the Current zone. An iconic VW Camper van fitted with Turanza T001 touring tyres relays the journey of “Everywhere” interactive campaign. Tyres on display highlight three key strategic areas for Bridgestone:
the new Potenza Adrenalin RE002 designed for sporty urban driving;
low-rolling-resistance Ecopia EP150 and Ecopia EP001S, the first Bridgestone tyre with top EU Label A grades for both fuel efficiency and wet grip;
Turanza T001 premium touring tyre with new technologies that provide increased safety, comfort and fuel efficiency Bridgestone’s flagship sport tyre with Run-Flat Technology, Potenza S001 RFT which show that Bridgestone Run-Flat Technology tyres now provide the same comfort and fuel efficiency as conventional tyres.
The far right of the stand features a fourth strategic area of Bridgestone: winter tyres. An Audi RS7 fitted with the new Blizzak LM-32s sport tyre supporting Bridgestone sponsorship of Audi FIS Alpine Ski World Cup events, recently extended.
Future zone: innovations for sustainability
The Future zone on the left-hand side of the stand features Bridgestone technologies, products and ideas for tomorrow, with a strong focus on environmental solutions:
the Bridgestone 100% Sustainable Material concept tyre;
the Air-Free concept tyre fitted on a concept Kart, displayed for the 1st time in Europe
the Half-Weight concept tyre;
the new "ologic" technology with optimal tyre sizes for the next generation of environment-friendly vehicles.
Also on display is Bridgestone’s proprietary Colorside technology showing that you can have fun with tyre; they can be coloured and customized to drivers’ tastes, thanks to the company’s revolutionary new tyre printing process.
In the front of the zone, a glittering showbike attracts visitors to the motorcycle tyre corner. Here Bridgestone presents a MotoGP tyre and latest Battlax Sport Touring T30 and Hypersport S20, both taking MotoGP technology from the track onto the street.
