Before navigating through our site, you should get to know us better. I'm sure you're asking yourself just what Bridgestone Europe is all about and what we can do for you. We invite you to find out.

Who are we?
Bridgestone Corporation is one of the biggest tyre and rubber manufacturers in the world and it sells its tyres and other products in more than 150 nations, employing 140,000 people. Our founder, Mr. Ishibashi, produced his first tyre in Japan in 1930, and for many years after that, Bridgestone and Firestone products were being sold in Europe. But it wasn't until 1990 that Bridgestone/Firestone Europe (BFE) established a full scale European headquarters. Currently, Bridgestone Europe (BSEU) employs more than 13,000 people throughout Europe, spread between six plants, one technical centre and different national sales organisations.
In other words, BSEU is a truly European company!

What is our aim?
This is a very important question, and the answer has stood the test of time. Our founder said it best when he said, “providing society with superior quality”. This motto even today remains the same as our mission, no matter where we are: Japan, Europe or rest of the world.

We continue to implement our new principles and guidelines for the Bridgestone Group, which emphasises our core management strategies in Europe and around the world: The Bridgestone Way!
