With effect from March 29th 2011, Franco Annunziato, Chief Quality Officer and Senior Vice President of Technology at Bridgestone Europe takes up the additional role as Vice President and Senior Officer of Bridgestone Corporation.

Franco, an Italian national, is the first ever European to be appointed to such a senior position in the Japanese Corporation.
