As a Sales Representative within our Benelux Consumer business team for passenger tires, you will be responsible for all sales activities in your assigned region (Brussels, Flemish Brabant and Namur), and are the contact person for all customers in your region.
You report to the Sales Area Manager Belgium for Consumer business and are part of the West Region Sales Office, responsible for all Sales activities in France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
You are responsible for all sales activities and obtaining your sales targets and margin. You establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships, increase the number of new customers and our share with existing customers, and negotiate, follow-up and finalize proposals within Bridgestone Benelux guidelines.
You organize yourself to visit existing customers on a regular basis in your region in order to sell and promote our products. You identify prospects and set up a visit plan. You follow up on credit issues with customers
You support our sales organization by gathering market information and communicating this internally. You communicate new products and service opportunities, special developments, information or feedback gathered through your field activity to the appropriate Bridgestone staff; and support promotions, campaigns and incentives. You regularly attend sales meetings to discuss results and strategies.
Experience: You benefit from minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Representative or relation position. Experience or affinity with the automative or a relevant sector is a strong asset.
Specific behavior: You are a strong communicator and demonstrate good commercial and social skills. You are able to relate with customers on all levels and are an astute negotiator. You are profit and result driven, customer minded and autonomous. You organize your own work and take responsibility over your targets and customer development.
Language skills: Excellent Dutch and French, both in writing and speaking, with a good level in English
IT knowledge: Good level in MS Office
