2008-2010
Bridgestone opens Europe’s first fully-automated tyre production plant and sets up new sales subsidiaries in Eastern Europe.
2005-2007
Bridgestone receives a stream of supplier awards, decides to build a new truck and bus tyre plant in Poland and launches a global road safety campaign.
2000-2004
As the millennium dawns, Bridgestone steps up run-flat sales, buys a stake in Nokian Tyres and starts a € 400 million investment programme in Europe.
